How we use your details

IQ Technologies collects only what you choose to type into our forms: the chat enquiry, the demo access form, the project brief and the quote requests.

What we collect

• Your name and email address.
• Optional details you add: company, country, phone, project information.
• The page you sent the form from.

Why we collect it

• To reply to your enquiry, prepare a quote, or follow up about a demo you tried.
• We never sell or share your details with anyone for marketing.

Where it is stored

Form messages are delivered to our business email through a form delivery service. Demo access is remembered only in your own browser and ends when you close the tab.

Your choices

• Ask us to show, correct or delete your details at any time by replying to any email from us, or through the contact chat on our website.
• We delete enquiry details that are no longer needed for your project.
